What services do you offer and how much does it cost?
Our full-service management package includes a range of services such as marketing and leasing, tenant screening, documentation, accounting and reporting, inspection and maintenance, and dispute resolution. The cost of the package ranges from 5-10% of the total lease value, and can be customised to fit your specific needs.

We serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and handle tasks such as collecting payments, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing paperwork. What does your tenant screening entail?
Our tenant screening process includes verifying employment information and collecting valid forms of identification such as passport, visa, and Emirates ID copies. Additional supporting documents, such as salary certificates, may also be requested if necessary.
How do property inspections work?
For individual units, we perform check-in and check-out inspections, as well as routine inspections upon lease renewal.
What happens when a tenant vacates a property?
Upon a tenant vacating a property, we conduct end-of-lease evaluations. If any repairs are necessary, we will provide a report to both parties to establish who will be responsible for the costs. Once this is resolved, we proceed with initiating repair and maintenance work, and then move on to property remarketing.
How do you handle security deposits?
In most cases, security deposits are retained by the landlord. Following a tenant’s vacating of a property, any repair costs attributed to the tenant are subtracted from the security deposit and the remaining balance is returned to the tenant.
Can a property manager help me avoid bad tenants?
We take steps to minimise the risk of bad tenants, such as conducting thorough background checks and inspections, but we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any.
How are rent collection and bills handled?
Rent can be deposited into your local bank account after deducting any expenses such as utility bills, maintenance charges and service fees.
What happens if a tenant does damage?
The security deposit will be used to cover any damages to the property. If the damages exceed the deposit, the tenant must pay the remaining amount. Disputes over damages can be taken to the rental dispute center.
